On May 31st, 2024, we will gather to celebrate the dedication and hard work of our invaluable farm workers at the Labor Day Farm Worker Appreciation Dinner and Team Building Event. This special occasion is designed to honor the efforts and commitment of our team members who contribute significantly to the growth and success of our company.
The evening will begin with a series of engaging team-building activities aimed at fostering stronger bonds and enhancing collaboration among our farm workers. These activities are not only fun and interactive but also serve to highlight the importance of teamwork in achieving our common goals.
As we move into the dinner portion of the event, we will take a moment to recognize and thank three exceptional individuals who have been selected as our Farm Workers of the Year. These employees have demonstrated outstanding dedication, exceptional work ethic, and a consistent commitment to excellence, playing a crucial role in the continued growth and success of our farm.
